Bozeman Opens New MSU Innovation Campus

BOZEMAN – INDUSTRY Bozeman, a modern multi-tenant office space opened an 87,000-square-foot building Friday morning that will be located on Montana State University’s innovation campus.

INDUSTRY offers customizable workspaces for long-term tenants that include shared amenities. INDUSTRY Bozeman will offer 61,000 square feet of fully customizable workspace and 26,000 square feet of common areas, such as conference and meeting rooms, kitchens, event space and more. INDUSTRY Bozeman will be the company’s fourth space, with locations already open in Denver, Salt Lake City and, soon, Detroit.

The 42-acre innovation campus is located between College and Garfield streets west of South 19th Avenue. It is developed by Charter Realty and Development in partnership with the MSU Alumni Foundation and its subsidiary, MSU Innovation Campus.

The MSU Innovation Campus aims to create opportunities for companies to collaborate with MSU research, faculty, and students, while helping these companies grow and raise Montana’s profile as a national leader in innovation. entrepreneurship and innovation.

When completed, the campus will house more than half a million square feet of technology, office and biotechnology facilities. INDUSTRY will be the second development on campus. The first, MSU’s Applied Research Lab, opened in 2020.
