Bridgeline Digital Inc launches TruPresence, a new product suite focused on the franchise industry and multi-location businesses

The new brand reflects Bridgeline’s commitment to partners within the franchise space where it has helped several Fortune-500 franchise and multi-site businesses for more than a decade, including 7-Eleven, CVS and Triumph.

Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) has announced the launch of a new product suite focused on the franchise industry and multi-location businesses called TruPresence.

The new brand reflects Bridgeline’s commitment to partners within the franchise space. Bridgeline has been helping several Fortune-500 franchise and multi-site companies for more than a decade, including 7-Eleven, CVS and Triumph.

In a statement, Bridgeline’s Executive Vice President of Franchising, Jeremy LaDuque, said, “Having been in the franchise business since 2006, I am honored to lead TruPresence for Bridgeline. LaDuque has worked with some of the largest franchises in the world and is a frequent guest speaker and expert as a Certified Franchise Manager (CFE) with the International Franchise Association.

Bridgeline’s newest product will make its debut at the International Franchise Association’s annual convention on February 26, 2022.

The product suite includes specialized software for managing multiple websites, including location pages, local e-commerce, advanced location search, search, reporting, analytics, and more.

TruPresence plans to release a web analytics dashboard that can index, compare, and generate insights and analytics to drive breakthrough improvements to each location, as well as national brand presence.

Bridgeline helps businesses grow online revenue by increasing traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
