DRV Luxury Suites Introduces Redesigned Website and App – RVBusiness

HOWE, Ind. – DRV Luxury Suites, a leading manufacturer of luxury fifth wheel vehicles and toy transporters, has just released a brand new website and consumer app, according to a company press release.

The site features a new design, updated content and improved customer experience with resources for new and existing RVD owners and RV buyers. The consumer app, MyDRV, allows DRV owners to streamline and track their coach information from a central location on their smartphones.

The new DRV Luxury Suites website offers visitors an updated experience that showcases the brand’s two models, Mobile Suites and Full House. A variety of new graphics, images and videos illustrate the highlights of each nameplate, including video tours and carousels of the models’ many impressive features.

“Our owners are people who know how to enjoy the finer things in life, and our RVs are built to the high standards they bring to the table,” said Shawn James, General Manager of DRV Luxury Suites. “With this new site, we wanted to create a seamless experience from our online presence to our real-world RVs, letting the quality of VRF luxury suites shine through in every detail.”

RV buyers will find tools on the site like a dealer locator, buyer’s guide, information on virtual and real factory tours, brochures, and the ability to connect with a lead product specialist. -headed. They can access detailed floor plans of both luxury models and even create their ideal DRV Luxury Suites coach through the “Build Your Own” feature, selecting the features, fabrics and finishes they prefer the most.

Current owners of VRF Luxury Suites have access to comprehensive owner content such as manuals, how-to videos, a glossary of RV terms, and behind-the-scenes videos on how VRFs are made. They can also find a service center near them and view the terms of their warranties at a glance. Owners can also find information about the new MyDRV application on the site.

The app tracks the service history of a VRF coach and provides maintenance recommendations for that specific model, as well as viewing a customer’s past orders. Users can access a robust library of how-to content, checklists, and valuable resources and references right from the palm of their hands, making it an invaluable resource on the go.

The new site and app debut on the heels of other new DRV Luxury Suites updates, which were showcased at the 2022 Dealer Open House in Elkhart, Ind., in September. The brand has launched an impressive new mobile suite floor plan, The Orlando. It’s the only dorm model in the VRF lineup, and it features a one-and-a-half bath, rear master suite, and integrated workspace with a desk that’s perfect for families and remote workers. The new floor plan also includes a spacious, interconversing kitchen and living room, fireplace, and washer/dryer prep in the master suite.

Accompanying the new model, DRV also unveiled several new paint scheme colors. Full House introduced a new paint scheme called High Octane, and Mobile Suites introduced three new paint colors – Havana Moon, Cobblestone Cove, and Denali Ridge. Updated exterior graphics and interior decorating help ensure RVs are aligned with current design trends.

“Like any other element of interior design, consumer color preferences change over time,” said Andrea Graves, design director at DRV Luxury Suites. “Luxury RV buyers are looking for the best of the best, and updating our color palettes is an easy way to increase the sense of quality and comfort inside VRF models.
