Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites will open soon in Toledo, Ohio

In the coming days, the all-new Hilton hotels in Toledo Downtown, Ohio are set to launch two brands, Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, under one roof as downtown Toledo becomes one of the best city tales in the country.

Napa Kitchen + Bar, a full-service restaurant on the ground floor, and Café 419, a more informal gastropub, will be part of the project.

Look for construction leads

The Hilton Garden Inn has a total of 217 guest rooms, including a 1,000-square-foot Double Presidential Suite with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows and three balconies with views of the Maumee River and downtown Toledo. The Homewood Suites by Hilton, meanwhile, has 93 suites, each with full kitchens, living areas, and up to two fully private bedrooms and bathrooms.

More than 8,000 square feet of conference and event space is available at both the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, including a 5,503 square foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 475 people. They also offer free Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center, access to a beautifully maintained pocket park, pet-friendly accommodations, room service, business center and all non-smoking rooms.

Amenities nearby

Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, with addresses at 101 N Summit Street, are located on one side of the Municipal Business Center and on the other side of the Warehouse Entertainment District.

The Huntington Center, Fifth Third Field, Promenade Park, Imagination Station science museum, and dozens of other restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of the properties. The Detroit Metropolitan Airport is just 45 minutes from the resort’s doorstep.

First Hospitality, Inc., a hotel management, acquisition and development company located in Rosemont, Illinois, will operate both the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Toledo.
