Noble House Hotels & Resorts Partners with Duetto to Maximize Revenue from All Its Properties |
Noble House Hotels and Resortswhich operates a collection of 25 unique, experience-driven hotels and resorts, has established Duetto, the leading hospitality software as a revenue strategy solutions service provider, through its portfolio of bespoke properties. Offering resorts, ski destinations, urban retreats and hidden gems, each property has its own segmentation, pricing and promotion structure. As such, the company needed a sophisticated revenue management platform to help management build a connected business strategy.
Noble House had been working with a pricing solution provider for a few years, but when the company took over Jekyll Island Club Resort, which was generating revenue on Duetto, the team was able to see all the features of the Duetto income strategy platform. The decision has been made to roll out Duetto to all Noble House properties.
“Duetto’s Open Pricing methodology has been a big draw because it allows us to manage all of our promotions and partners without opening or closing each individual channel,” said Darrell Stark, vice president of revenue management and distribution at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “Once we took over Jekyll Island and had a chance to see Duetto’s sophisticated applications in action and work closely with the Customer Success team, the decision to move all other properties onto the platform -Duetto shape was easy.”
“We are delighted to welcome Noble House Hotels & Resorts to Duetto. They have an amazing collection of properties, and their corporate culture is also very aligned with ours here at Duetto,” said David Woolenberg, CEO of Duetto. “We strongly believe that good revenue management begins and ends with the guest and that everyone can be part of a hotel‘s business success. This philosophy is also at the heart of Noble House. We look forward to developing this partnership in the years to come. »
