Railways to run Jyotirlinga special train from Jharkhand for pilgrims and passengers


Indian Railways decided to run a special Jyotirlinga pilgrimage train from Dhanbad. The Jyotirlinga special train will depart on December 17th and return to Dhanbad on December 29th. IRCTC has brought this special package for passengers traveling to Jyotirling. The whole trip will be 12 nights and 13 days. During the trip, food, drinks, accommodation and bus facilities will be provided by IRCTC.

The train will depart from Dhanbad on December 17th and head to the temples of Jyotirlinga. People wishing to travel by special Jyotirlinga train can book their tickets online. Passengers should visit the IRCTC website. An offline ticket office has also been organized. People can take tickets at the ticket office by visiting Dhanbad station.

During this trip, tourists and devotees will be able to visit Mahakaleshvara, Omkareshvara, Somnath, Nageshwar, Trimbakeshwar, Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga, Dwarkadhish temple. Apart from this, devotees will also be able to offer prayers to Sai Baba and Shani Singnapur of Shirdi and the Unity Statue.

The price of the special Jyotirlinga train has been set at Rs 12,285 for the sleeping car. In this 12-night, 13-day trip, food, accommodation and bus facilities will also be provided and passengers will not have to spend money separately for travel.

The special train will depart from Dhanbad and pass through Gomo, Koderma, Gaya, Tilaiya, Rajgir, Nalanda, Biharsharif Bakhtiyarpur, Patna, Ara, Buxar, Dildarnagar and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. The special Tirth train will depart from Dhanbad on December 17th and return on December 29th.
