Rolex Building Near Downtown Dallas Now Offers Coworking Office Suites

As the pandemic turns the workplace situation upside down, global real estate company Harwood International has launched a new concept of coworking in one of its own buildings.

Called Nomadic Suites, this is a flexible office option available at Harwood No. 1, in the Harwood neighborhood of 19 cities, at 2651 N. Harwood St., aka the Rolex Building.

It comes with dedicated offices, private offices, and furnished suites, for businesses looking to relocate to the district, but with low and flexible terms.

Harwood’s rental manager Kelly Whaley said in a statement that they aim to meet the needs of any tenant.

“Whether they’re looking for a dedicated office, a private office, or a fully integrated office for a full team, we’ve got the right solution for their business needs,” says Whaley. “If their needs change in six months, we have blocks of 19 cities and options to be able to meet the dynamic needs.”

Nomad Suites offers four rental options:

  • Hot offices. If you are looking for a place to work a few days a week. Take advantage of several office options, from the table with charging stations to the workstations in the tenants’ lounge. These start at $ 250 per month.
  • Dedicated offices. A station and a reserved office. Workstations for small teams or individuals. You have the choice of working alongside your colleague, or a station just for you. Starts at $ 300 per month.
  • Private offices. Offices from 100 square feet; ideal for individuals or teams of two. Each office comes with a lockable door, natural light and one or two desks. They do not indicate the price. Probably out of your reach.
  • Enterprise Suites. Ideal for large teams who need a space to work together. No price indicated on this option either. Definitely out of your reach.

Who wouldn’t like to say they have a “Hot Desk” in the Rolex building?

“As businesses and their teams return to the office, Harwood has seen an increased demand for teams seeking more flexible terms and we are uniquely positioned to meet the needs of growing businesses,” says Hannah Mesh, Head of rental from Harwood International. “If a business only needs a few offices, we have a place for them. But, if it plans to expand in the next two years, we can find a solution either in an existing building or in a building to be developed soon. We offer several options for leases because we understand that no two companies are the same, but the desire for flexibility is universal. “

Remember, Harwood’s focus is on amenities: manicured gardens, conference centers, tenant lounges, on-site concierge services, on-site catering, fitness centers, and more.
